Wilshire Crest Hotel, Los Angeles

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious and modern, comfortably accommodating our family and luggage. The gift goody bag on the first day was a nice touch but cleanliness could have been improved. The service was exceptional, with the staff being lovely and incredibly helpful, especially with parking assistance. The location was excellent, convenient for attractions and safe for walking around. However, the dining experience was disappointing with limited and poor-quality offerings.

The hotel provides a comfortable and clean stay, with thoughtful gift goody bag on the first day and plenty of clean towels. However, the soundproofing could be better as noises from other guests can be heard easily. The location is great, close to various attractions, but the dining experience falls short with limited choices and poor presentation.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were nice and immaculately clean, fitting our needs perfectly. However, the service seemed a bit lacking as they only took our money and handed us a paper to fill out for our files. The location was excellent for visiting local attractions like La Brea tar pits and catching buses to Santa Monica, but the dining options were minimal and left much to be desired.
